About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. As the Implementation Specialist for Professional Development, you will play a vital role in ensuring successful implementation and adoption of our professional development programs for educators.
Travel is required to client/partner schools and districts (NY/CT/PA). Residency within a reasonable commuting radius to the schools and districts around the larger cities is required.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement comprehensive implementation plans for professional development programs, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support for educators.
● Provide personalized coaching and guidance to educators throughout the implementation process, addressing individual needs and challenges.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with educators, fostering open communication and collaboration.
● Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in professional development programs.
● Develop and deliver engaging and informative training sessions on our professional development platform and resources.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless implementation and user satisfaction.
● Stay current on best practices in professional development and educational technology.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in education, instructional technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in the implementation of professional development programs for educators.
● Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with educators.
● Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Proficient in educational technology and online learning platforms.
● Passion for STEM education and a commitment to supporting educators.
