I. IDENTIFICATION
Position Title: Temporary Accounting Project Clerk
Supervisor: Finance Manager Date Completed: 9/1/23
Department: FINACCT and CENA FLSA Classification: Exempt
Location(s): 2055 Reading Road Status: Full-time
II. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (SUMMARY)
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the Temporary Accounting Project Clerk performs analysis of warehouse shipments to ensure all shipments were invoice or transferred.
III. POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education, Credentials, Licenses:
High School diploma, some college preferred.
Kind & Length of Experience:
· Must have competent skills in Microsoft Office Software especially work and excel
· Attention to details
· Great organizational skills
IV. PERFORMANCE MEASURES AND STANDARDS
· Enter warehouse shipments on template
· Complete shipments to accounting system
· Verify shipments were invoiced or transferred
· Investigate and communicate any differences
· Other duties as assigned
· Exercise due diligence and adherence to all internal control procedures.
· Safeguard Confidential information regarding all company affairs.
· Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
· Support the annual financial audit
· In your absence you are to ensure that the tasks assigned to you are adequately covered by trained personnel. You are responsible to communicate and work with your manager to ensure your workload is covered when you are out.
· Allocate resources to achieve goals, objectives, and programs
· Adhere to all Site Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security Requirements, Local, State, and Federal Regulations
· Maintain Hazardous waste in accordance to all Local, State, and Federal Regulations
· Other duties as required
Cremer Training Required
· We will follow the company written training program for this position.
