    Job Description

    We are seeking a Logistics & Customer Service Associate to join our team!  RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Follow up customers' order status
    • Provide information about delivery of the goods
    • Receive and organize shipping documents from overseas
    • File ISF for the containers shipped
    • Provide documents to Custom's Broker for customs entry
    • Provide documents to the warehouse for timely shipment of the goods
    • Coordinate with truckers timely delivery of the goods to the W/H
    • Enter data into accounting software
    • Assist opening LCs and Credit Inquiries​​​​​​
    • Advise CFO on upcoming documents to accept

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in customer service, logistics or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Good organizational skills
    • Knowledge of shipping documents and what they are for
    • Good computer knowledge (Microsoft and google
    • Entering data to accounting software (NAVISION knowledge is a plus)
    • Knowledge of freight forwarders, getting prices, entering them into google docs
    • Knowledge of customs and procedures
    • Knowledge of L/c’s
