EDS Service Solutions, a leader in outsourced car rental operations in over 50 locations nationwide, is seeking a staffing coordinator to join our team. This Florida-based position supports the staffing needs of multiple branches in the Florida region and will act as the key link between headquarters and assigned branches.

The job duties of this position include but are not limited to:

• Conduct recruitment effort for hourly personnel to include screening, interviewing, and initiating background checks for potential candidates. Positions include but are not limited to drivers, car washers, and other operational positions.
• Partner with Corporate Recruiting Dept. and individual branches to ensure staffing and service levels meet or exceed operating standards within allocated budget
• Work with corporate directives to design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the region (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
• Ensure accuracy, legal adherence, and collection of on boarding documents and other weekly data to be sent to corporate within specified timelines for timely processing of personnel, payroll, and billing reports
• Identify and utilize external recruiting resources and establish effective communications including online recruitment, church and community groups, college outreach and other approved partners
• Continually seek opportunities for improvements, efficiency and business growth. Make recommendations and implements best practices and procedures.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience full-cycle recruiting experience either at a recruiting agency or in-house
• Proven track record of recruiting and hiring high volume and entry level positions
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of relating to individuals at all levels, and the ability to adapt to an environment that changes quickly.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Some travel around Florida when needed.
