The Strategic Enablement Department is responsible for strategic initiatives within the Enterprise Architecture organization. The Department will lead, guide and implement the initiatives while working with partners within and outside of the EA organization, along with leading the Technology Architecture Board and Architecture Working Groups. This role will have the opportunity to lead and drive enterprise efforts by working closely with teams within Technology generating features on backlogs and partnering with teams to see the features through to resolution. Responsibility for organizing and working on tools and processes such as, Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Technology Portfolio Management, and maintaining Enterprise Technology Standards.
