    Job Description

    Seeking an experienced technical recruiter with knowledge of CyberSecurity/IT, career certifications, traditional and non-traditional career pathways in high tech occupations. This individual will be responsible for developing partnerships with organizations which employ CyberSecurity professions and organizations which help individuals attain certifications and traditional degrees needed to advance their careers.

    Our needs are for a career pathway partnership developer who understands the high-tech career market, can become an expert on our solutions, identify opportunities, and achieve sales goals. You’ll be a good fit if you are skilled at consultative sales, highly motivated, and prepared to build the business while meeting with industry and education partners in the market each day. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success working with serving the recruitment needs of business and educational providers, work well in a fast-paced environment, has a high energy level, and is driven to achieve sales goals.

    Responsibilities:     •    Develop and maintain expertise on the portfolio of products •    Research competition to strategically drive new sales •    Maintain an understanding of industry trends •    Build solid relationships  •    Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities and follow up on territory management •    Enter data into the CRM to help maintain customer profiles •    Provide timely and accurate reporting of pipeline opportunities  •    Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets

    Required Qualifications: •    Bachelor’s degree •    2+ years of recent, recruitment experience in high tech placement •    A quota-carrying individual contributor •    Proven ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities, while providing excellent service and follow up to existing accounts •    Experienced with a CRM and entering data to build a pipeline •    Excellent verbal and written presentation skills •    Must be able to travel, as needed, to close sales •    Available to travel for occasional national meetings, trade shows or events •    Demonstrated ability to work independently, past experience with working remotely in a home-office, with minimum supervision, knowing when to travel to close deals •    Fully Vaccinated

    Preferred Qualifications: •    Proven knowledge of high tech career requirements  •    Familiarity with CyberSecurity and IT professional organizations •    Embraces technology enough to quickly learn new products as they are launched •    Ability to connect with leaders on LinkedIn •    Willingness to share company content across social media channels •    Comfortable with managing professional presentations via webinar from your home •    Experience in prior outside sales roles in recruitment is required.
