Responsibilities

Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment.

Maintain full compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations.

Supervise and care for children throughout the day.

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities.

Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Observe and document children's progress.

Build positive relationships with families and communicate regularly through Procare and conferences.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.

Collaborate closely with fellow teachers and leadership.

Participate in staff meetings and professional development.

Qualifications

Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification (Infant/Toddler or Preschool) - preffered

Previous early childhood classroom experience preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Positive, dependable, and nurturing attitude

CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
