About the Role:

Join Four Seasons Creative Learning Center Inc as an EEC Preschool Qualified Teacher, where your passion for early childhood education can flourish! We are dedicated to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners in West Bridgewater, MA.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the developmental needs of preschool children.

Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.

Assess and monitor children's progress through observation and documentation.

Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's growth and development.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Adhere to all licensing regulations and company policies.

Promote positive social interactions and conflict resolution among children.

Requirements:

Must hold a valid EEC Preschool Teacher Certification.

Experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents.

Ability to create and implement developmentally appropriate activities.

Knowledge of early childhood education best practices and child development.

First Aid and CPR certification preferred.

Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for teaching.

Background check and references required.
