About the Role:

Join our nurturing team at Four Seasons Creative Learning Center Inc as an EEC Qualified Toddler Teacher! This exciting opportunity allows you to inspire and educate young minds in a supportive, engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for toddlers.

Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.

Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.

Observe and assess each child's progress and communicate with parents.

Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the curriculum.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets health and safety standards.

Encourage positive behavior and conflict resolution among toddlers.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

EEC Certification for Toddler Teacher or equivalent qualification.

Experience working with toddlers in an early childhood education setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for early childhood education and child development.

Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.

First Aid and CPR certification preferred.

Patient, nurturing demeanor with a positive attitude.

Background check and references required.
