Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Fanuc or 2 years of other robot experience
- Minimum 1 year of spot and MIG welding (manual or automated)
- Fronius and BOSCH robotic welding background preferred.
- Familiarity with the 5S methodology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible hours
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Proficient in computer use and software applications
- Able to work well with power cutting tools, torches, air chisels and ultra-sonic weld inspection equipment; experience on the cut & etch processes an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot process problems and implement quality improvements
- Collaborate with production teams, support groups, and vendors
- Perform preventative maintenance and document repairs in the Maintenance PM database
- Contribute to continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
- Assist in training and implementing cross-functional repairs
- Attend departmental and plant-wide meetings
- Comply with safety regulations and operational procedure
Shift: 2nd (2:00pm-10:00pm) and 3rd Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) available, Overtime Required
Pay Rate: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour; based on experience
