We currently searching for an Account Executive, New Business Development in Irvine, CA. This person is responsible for pipeline development on behalf of the company through outbound activities and strategy. This role will effectively qualify prospects and targets, enter them into our database, and schedule meetings for the New Business Development team. This role will take all appropriate and necessary action to ensure prospective clients regard the company in high esteem and rely upon us as their resource for present and future experiential marketing communications solutions. Reporting to the VP, New Business Development, the Account Executive, has over 2 years of direct industry experience.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the event marketing and/or trade show industry; and 2 years’ experience in account management in the event marketing and/or trade show industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Experience in the event marketing or a creative solutions-based agency.

Must have computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
Experience with Sage Customer Relationship Management software considered an asset
Exhibit the ability to multi-task, sell, and operate under severe time constraints and immovable deadlines. Good organization, detail and follow-up skills are required.
