    Job Summary

    Our Sales & Guest Experience individual is called: The Experience Guide. The EG is responsible for creating exceptional, memorable guest experiences while confidently guiding guests toward the services, memberships, and booking decisions that best support their wellness journey.

    This is not a traditional front desk role.

    This is a guest experience + sales role, where your ability to connect with people, make thoughtful recommendations, and confidently guide conversations will directly impact both the guest experience and the success of the boutique.

    Our goal is simple:

    Create “raving fans” — guests who feel cared for, return regularly, and trust your recommendations.

    What You’ll Do

    Warmly greet and connect with every guest from the moment they arrive

    Create a personalized experience by actively listening and understanding guest needs

    Confidently recommend services, enhancements, and memberships in a natural, helpful way

    Ask every guest to book their next session before they leave

    Educate guests on The NOW Massage offerings, memberships, and products

    Handle booking, check-in/check-out, and payment processing accurately

    Maintain a calm, welcoming, and elevated boutique environment

    Support daily operations including opening/closing procedures

    Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism

    What Success Looks Like

    In this role, you will:

    Build genuine relationships with guests

    Help guests make massage part of their regular routine

    Consistently guide guests toward:

    Membership enrollment

    Rebooking their next visit

    Enhancing their experience

    Who You Are

    Warm, friendly, and naturally engaging

    Confident in making recommendations and asking for the next step

    Comfortable talking about services, pricing, and memberships

    A strong communicator who listens first and responds thoughtfully

    Positive, team-oriented, and reliable

    Able to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment

    Preferred Experience

    Customer service, hospitality, or sales experience

    Experience working in a spa, fitness, retail, or service-based environment is a plus
