    Duties:
    \- Provide direct patient care in hospitals.
    \- Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans.
    \- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
    \- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities.
    \- Perform specialized procedures such as phlebotomy and tube feeding.
    \- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
    \- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
    \- Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems like Athenahealth.
    \- Adhere to infection control protocols to prevent the spread of diseases.

    Requirements:
    \- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
    \- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
    \- Experience in pediatrics, triage, acute care, or a related field is highly desirable.
    \- Proficiency in medication administration and dosage calculations.
    \- Ability to phlebotomize and perform laboratory tests accurately.
    \- Knowledge of alimentation techniques such as tube feeding.
    \- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
    \- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    \- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    \- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
