All staff are degreed/certified, experienced, and well paid with compensation aligned with public school staff. School day hours; September through June.

Responsibilities:

• Instruct three-year-old preschool-aged children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with children and parents
• Communicate with parents on children's growth and progress
• Maintain the health and safety of all children
• Execute the High Scope curriculum

Qualifications:

• REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in early childhood education and/or Preschool through Third Grade (P-3) certification. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A B.A. IN EARLY CHILDHOOD OR A P-3!!!!
• Previous experience in preschool teaching
• Passionate about working with children
• Ability to build rapport with children
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus
