An industrial equipment manufacturer is seeking and EH&S Specialist to lead and promote safety & compliance within their manufacturing facility.  This position will evolve to also include safety oversight on potential project sites.  Looking for proven Industrial Safety experience.

• Anticipate $85K-$95K base salary

Responsibilities:

• Conduct safety audits, training, and incident investigations.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA compliance and manage environmental reports.
• Develop emergency response plans and sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations to foster safety culture.
• Maintain OSHA 300 logs and workers’ compensation records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in environmental science/safety
  
• 3-5+ years EHS in manufacturing; OSHA 30/CSP preferred.
• Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
• Heavy industry experience a plus.
