About the Role:

REELSAFE SAFETY LLC is looking for a driven and experienced EHS Manager to lead safety initiatives in Odessa, TX. Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs and policies

Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations including OSHA, EPA, and TCEQ standards

Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning

Deliver safety training programs and toolbox talks to employees at all levels

Maintain accurate EHS records, reporting, and documentation for regulatory compliance

Collaborate with operations and management teams to integrate safety best practices into daily workflows

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred

3–5+ years of EHS management experience, preferably in industrial, oil & gas, or energy sectors

Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and TCEQ regulations and compliance requirements

Experience conducting incident investigations and implementing corrective actions

Relevant certifications such as CSP, CHMM, or OSHA 30 are a plus

Excellent communication, leadership, and training facilitation skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
