    Industry: Petrochemical, Project Management Consulting Reports To: Program or Portfolio Director / Operations Manager

    Job Summary:

    Leads the implementation and monitoring of health, safety, and environmental practices in chemical industry projects to ensure regulatory compliance, prevent incidents, and foster a safe workplace culture.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Implement and monitor safety management systems on-site.

    Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions.

    Perform regular safety inspections and audits.

    Investigate incidents and ensure corrective/preventive measures are implemented.

    Promote a safety-first culture across all site activities.

    Qualifications:

    NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent safety certification.

    5+ years of HES experience in industrial or chemical settings.

    Strong knowledge of environmental and occupational safety regulations.

    Excellent communication and training skills.

    Skills & Competencies:

    Strong understanding of chemical plant hazards.

    Knowledge of environmental impact controls.

    Skilled in incident investigation and reporting.

    Effective training and public speaking abilities.

    Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.

    High attention to detail and safety compliance.

    Languages:

    Fluent in English
