EHS Safety Coordinator - Manufacturing and Construction

An established offsite manufacturing firm that fabricates modular systems for industrial projects and assembles them onsite is seeking an EHS Safety Coordinator. This role leads EHS initiatives across both production and field assembly operations, ensuring safety compliance, conducting audits and overseeing contractor safety.

Core Responsibilities

• Enforce Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and procedures across plant and field operations

• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and job hazard analyses

• Develop and implement corrective and preventative action plans

• Maintain contractor safety documentation, training records, and toolbox meeting logs

• Lead safety meetings and support pre-task planning initiatives

• Evaluate contractor and trade partner safety programs for regulatory compliance

• Support incident reduction goals and continuous safety improvement initiatives

• Provide safety leadership and guidance to production teams, supervisors, and contractors

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of safety experience in manufacturing, industrial, or construction environments

• OSHA 30 Certification
