The EHS Support Specialist works closely with the EHS Manager to support the daily execution of Environmental, Health & Safety programs across the Dallas operation. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance, supporting training efforts, assisting with audits, tracking safety data, and helping drive a strong safety culture on the floor. Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Hours: 730am-330pm - $25-$26
Duration: 6-9months
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation of site EH&S programs (5S, SIO, audits, GEMBA walks, and related safety initiatives)
- Assist with maintaining safety records including incident reports, inspections, corrective actions, and KPI tracking
- Coordinate and track employee safety training and maintain training matrices
- Support environmental reporting activities, including data entry and FRESH submissions
- Conduct routine floor walks to identify hazards and document Safety Improvement Opportunities (SIOs)
- Assist with audit readiness by organizing compliance documentation and evidence files
- Promote a strong safety culture through employee engagement and daily visibility on the floor
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in EHS, Safety, Environmental Science, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environment preferred
- Basic understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred
