Small-mid-sized manufacturing plant needs a HSE manager

• Most experience in EHS in plants; not consulting.
• 4 year degree
• U.S. citizen/resident

Position info:

• Manage EHS program at a manufacturing plant reporting to corporate SQE Director (off site). One direct report.
• More Safety than Environmental responsibilities
• PBR Air permit, stormwater permit, "regular" RCRA/haz mat requirements
• PSM facility
• Foster proactive plant wide safety plan
• In charge of reporting requirements - environmental and safety
• Document incidents and near-misses; come up with plan to address
• Experience with formal risk assessments
• JHAs and PHAs

Requirements

• 4 year degree
• 5+ years experience in Safety and Environmental - most/all in operations
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial, chemical or other processing industries
• U.S. citizen or resident

Salary: Approximately $115k plus bonus
