Position Overview The EIDBI Level 2 Practitioner provides direct intervention services and supports clinical implementation under the supervision of a Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP). This role carries increased responsibility in treatment implementation, data collection, and caregiver support.
This position is well-suited for clinicians with experience in early intervention or behavioral health who are ready for a more advanced role within the EIDBI framework.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver EIDBI services aligned with the child’s Individual Treatment Plan
Implement evidence-based interventions with clinical accuracy and consistency
Collect, summarize, and report treatment data
Support caregiver training and engagement as directed by the QSP
Collaborate with QSPs and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain DHS-compliant documentation and service records
Participate in supervision, training, and quality improvement activities
Qualifications
Candidates must meet Minnesota DHS EIDBI Level 2 provider requirements, including one of the following:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and required supervised clinical experience
Graduate-level coursework in a related discipline
Associate’s degree with required supervised experience
DHS-approved equivalent education and experience
Additional requirements:
Demonstrated experience working with children with ASD or related conditions
Ability to implement treatment plans with fidelity
Ability to pass DHS background study
Willingness to meet ongoing training and supervision requirements
