    The Supervisor is responsible for the daily care, supervision and safety of the participants in both the residential and community settings. The Supervisor will complete tasks that are assigned by the CEO, CFO and or Program Specialist. The Supervisor will be responsible for the day to day implementation of the Individual Support Plans, Behavioral Management Plans and Outcomes. As well as providing on-going support to staff and administrative duties. The supervisor will also be the first in line to fill in for no show or call offs and will also have direct care/support weekly scheduled shifts.

    Reports to the Program Specialist, Program Manager and or the CEO.

    Ensures EIG Services mission is incorporated in the provision of participant support.

    Ensures compliance and implementation of EIG Services' policies and procedures.

    Completes task and assignments with accuracy.

    Document participant records data/information entry and initialing upon completion.

    Documents all correspondence.

    Cook meals and give snacks (depending on the shift)

    Document all pertinent information in the Staff binder and review the Previous T-Logs at the beginning of each shift in Therap.

    Document information pertaining to relevant medical issues, such as injury, illness and medication changes and observed side effects of medication and a follow-up with an email to Program Specialist or Supervisor.

    Read and become familiar with ISP in participant's file for pertinent information [i.e., food allergies, behavioral issues, emergency contact #, etc.)

    Ensures all prescribed medication(s) is dispensed and documented per the policies and procedures in cooperation with participant's medical needs.

    Ensure that each participant medical needs met by medical providers.

    Documentation and the following of instructions given per consults/ consultant.

    Obtaining receipts for purchase made by participant.

    Assists with the maintenance and upkeep of home.

    Communicates and resolves program and participant concerns with Program Specialist and or Supervisor on a regular basis.

    Participates in mandatory staff meetings and trainings.

    Serves as a model to the appropriate language, dress, and behavior.

    Adheres to the appropriate procedures in the event of a crisis situation; complies with instructions given by the Program Specialist and or Supervisor contacts the appropriate people (both professionals and family of participant), as directed.

    Ensures effective communication with participant(s), families, and other individuals involved in the provision of supports for participant.

    Participates in various team projects and work groups, as assigned.

    Receives 24 hours of training relevant to Human Services.

    Transports participants, as assigned, in a safe and timely manner.

    Accompanies participants on recreational and shopping trips.

    Engages participants living in the residential site with leisure activities, such as arts & crafts, and games.

    Provides general assistance to the participants with implementing their activities of daily living.
