    Summary

    EIG Services LLC seeks a dynamic HR & Finance Coordinator to join our growing agency. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide monitoring, recordkeeping, and onsite support to the Human Resources and Finance departments. This position reports to the HR Manager and Fiscal Director and is an hourly Full-Time position working 32 hours a week.

    Duties/Responsibilities in support of the Human Resources & Payroll department:

    Assists the Human Resources Manager with high-priority projects.

    Assists with entering, maintaining, and processing HR data in several digital platforms.

    Assists with biweekly payroll processing, reconciliation, and reporting.

    Fields employee requests and questions.

    Creates and distributes reports of time management, employee records, benefits, new hire information, and other compliance reporting to several departments.

    Assists with onboarding and offboarding employees.

    Files and maintains accurate records.

    Duties/Responsibilities in support of the Finance Department:

    Maintain and reconcile various bank and credit card accounts.

    Maintain and reconcile Quickbooks general ledger chart of accounts.

    Recording and verification of accounts payable and payroll transactions.

    Invoice and purchase orders/requisitions and approval process management.

    Responsible for coding and vouchering all cash disbursements and invoices.

    Responsible for bank deposits, gift cards, and petty cash fund maintenance.

    Responsible for purchasing beverage/food items and kitchen and office supplies.

    Create and maintain spreadsheets using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

    Assist the Chief Financial Officer / Fiscal Director with other duties as assigned.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

    Ability to learn human resources and finance procedures and policies.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

    Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn accounting and payroll software.

    Education and Experience:

    High school diploma or equivalent required.

    One year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred.

    At least six months of experience in payroll is preferred.

    Physical Requirements:

    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

    Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
