    ROLE SUMMARY/PURPOSE:

    This is a full-time role that reports to our office in Silicon Valley, CA. The Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating sales leads through a mixture of outbound cold calling and emailing from a list of target accounts or specified geographies. The Sales Development Representative will be working in a team environment calling on enterprise and vc funded companies, prospects, acting as the initial point of contact to develop relationships and inspire interest in EIGHT25MEDIA's solutions. Working in tandem with the SDR Sales Director, this role will be primarily focused around driving demand for our solutions, researching target accounts and performing outreach through emails, calls, and social media to develop relationships and qualify opportunities for the Account Executive team.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Drive outbound sales activities focused on EIGHT25MEDIA and our services over the phone
    • Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with world-class experience and great customer service
    • Partner with our experienced Account Executives to build a strong sales pipeline
    • Using Salesforce, maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest
    • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities

    QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum of 1 year of sales or sales development experience, preferably in the Tech indsutry
    • High School Degree or greater

    • Experience with SALESFORCE and OUTREACH.IO or SIMILAR PLATFORMS
    • Great phone and communication skills, being able to peak interest with prospective customers

    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to take initiative
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Being confident and eager to actively communicate with C-Level Executives

    COMPENSATION:

    • $40k-$50k base salary, based on experience plus commission - On Target Earnings (OTE) = $75k -90k, uncapped
