The Opportunity

Join a fast-moving team at the heart of Arizona’s development boom. As a Senior Designer or Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.), you’ll work on transformative projects that impact how people live and work. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in civil site design who wants to deepen their technical skills and grow into a leadership path.

You’ll contribute to multidisciplinary projects that span:

• Commercial and industrial site development

• Multi-family and retail infrastructure

• Master-planned communities and drainage systems

• Roadway and utility improvements

What You’ll Do

Civil Design + Engineering

• Lead or support civil site designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Draft engineering plans, prepare specs, and develop cost estimates

• Conduct site assessments and contribute to feasibility studies

• Perform stormwater management modeling and hydrology reports

• Ensure all design deliverables meet applicable regulatory standards

Project Execution + Team Collaboration

• Work closely with PMs, clients, contractors, and internal teams

• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff

• Attend project meetings and contribute to design reviews

You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have:

• 2+ years of experience in civil/site design (4+ preferred)

• Civil 3D proficiency and comfort working in Microsoft Office tools

• E.I.T. certification (preferred but not required)

• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
