The Opportunity
Join a fast-moving team at the heart of Arizona’s development boom. As a Senior Designer or Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.), you’ll work on transformative projects that impact how people live and work. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in civil site design who wants to deepen their technical skills and grow into a leadership path.
You’ll contribute to multidisciplinary projects that span:
Commercial and industrial site development
Multi-family and retail infrastructure
Master-planned communities and drainage systems
Roadway and utility improvements
What You’ll Do
Civil Design + Engineering
Lead or support civil site designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D
Draft engineering plans, prepare specs, and develop cost estimates
Conduct site assessments and contribute to feasibility studies
Perform stormwater management modeling and hydrology reports
Ensure all design deliverables meet applicable regulatory standards
Project Execution + Team Collaboration
Work closely with PMs, clients, contractors, and internal teams
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff
Attend project meetings and contribute to design reviews
You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have:
2+ years of experience in civil/site design (4+ preferred)
Civil 3D proficiency and comfort working in Microsoft Office tools
E.I.T. certification (preferred but not required)
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
