You’ll be in charge of our financial planning, ensuring the accuracy of financial information, producing reports, and providing recommendations to keep profits up and costs down. Responsibilities: Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable Monitor monetary resources through internal auditing Improve our accounting policies and procedures for a successful business model Perform regular business administration, financial reporting, and keep all financial records, financial documents, and accounting systems up to date Report our sales-to-income effectiveness by forecasting revenue and analyzing our profit margin • Performs Compilations and Reviews in accordance with AICPA Standards • Work in an advisory capacity for clients on business and tax matters • Bookkeeping: Review the clients' financial documents including financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and financial transactions and make sure they’re correct and comply with laws and regulations • Perform regular business administration, financial reporting, and keep all financial records, financial documents, and accounting systems up to date Qualifications: At least 2 years of work experience in accounting services, financial services or related position Must possess exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management skills Must have passed the uniform CPA examination from the AICPA and be CPA certified within the state board of accountancy regulations Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required, preference to candidates with an MBA Exceptional knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000
