We have an exciting opportunity for an entry level Document Processor to join a well known industry giant! The Document Processor will be responsible for handling and processing various types of documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all tasks. This role may also involve lifting up to 30 lbs and the ability to step up ladders when necessary. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED- WILL TRAIN!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Receive and review documents for accuracy and completeness.

Sort, categorize, and file documents according to established protocols.

Scan and digitize paper documents for electronic record-keeping.

Data entry and verification of information in documents into company databases or systems.

Assist with the creation of reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient document processing.

Follow company policies and procedures to maintain document security and confidentiality.

Skills/Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in using document processing software and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.

Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb ladders when necessary.

Previous experience in document processing or data entry.
