    We have an exciting opportunity for an experience Quality Test Technician to join our fun and supportive team. As a Test Technician, you will be responsible for the manual setup and testing of circuit boards, along with programming and operating Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Testing various circuit boards and chassis to meet customer specifications.

    Setting up standard test equipment for functional and operational tests, evaluating performance and repeatability of Automated Test Equipment (ATE).

    Analyzing and interpreting test data.

    Completing paperwork associated with testing and generating necessary documentation, records, and reports.

    Reviewing and verifying process documentation.

    Programming and operating Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machines.

    Conducting general quality inspections of products.

    Skills/Qualifications:

    Proficiency with volt meters, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and signal generators.

    Ability to interpret data displayed in multiple graphed formats.

    Strong deductive reasoning skills for troubleshooting test equipment setups.

    Willingness to perform various tasks as needed.

    Experience in running AOI Systems or the ability to undergo adequate training.

    Strong computer skills and familiarity with technology.

    Focus on quality with excellent attention to detail.

    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

    Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

    Preferred experience:

    Experience in programming AOI Systems or Surface Mount Technology equipment.

    Familiarity with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) controls and mitigation.

    Capability to undergo adequate training in IPC Standards, including 610, 620, J-STD.

    Hours: 6:30AM-5:30PM - Can choose any 8 hour schedule- flexible!

    Pay: $19-$21/hr
