    We are seeking a talented and motivated Corporate Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting, evaluating, and hiring top-tier talent to support our company's growth and success.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

    Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for open positions.

    Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including extending job offers and onboarding new hires.

    Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

    Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process.

    Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and report on recruitment metrics.

    Attendance is a critical function

    Skills/Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

    Proven experience as a Corporate Recruiter or in a similar role.

    Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
