ELA Teacher (Grade 3) - Full-Time

EDU-AIDs is seeking dedicated and compassionate ELA Teacher to support elementary school students in Philadelphia, PA for the 2026–2027 school year.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging English Language Arts lessons for elementary school students.

Assess student progress and provide academic support as needed.

Develop reading, writing, grammar, and critical thinking skills.

Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to support student success.

Maintain accurate student records and adhere to school policies..

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.

Valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certification.

Strong knowledge of English Language Arts instruction and curriculum.

Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Ability to support and engage students across elementary school grade levels.
