SHIPPING AND RECEIVING COORDINATOR (MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE)

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES...

*Working under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor

*Working knowledge of UPS & FedEx Ship Manager programs

*Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs for data entry is a plus

*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a Positive Can-Do Attitude Required

*Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with the Team and direct internal customers such as Sales & Customer Service Team.

*Print out all Pick Tickets from system associated with order to be shipped each day

*Monitor the Shipping Calendar throughout the day and make sure it is followed correctly

*Responsible for making sure all shipments go out correctly that are required for the day per the Shipping Calendar

*Obtain best freight rate for each shipment

*Schedule freight order pick up with LTL carrier(s)

*Create BOL correctly to ensure accurate shipment of each freight order

*Process & package website orders

*Double Check your work each day prior to handing in Shipping paperwork

                - Reconcile Shipment paperwork with calendar and IQMS Reports

*Order all UPS & FedEx supplies through appropriate websites

MAY BE ASKED TO PERFORM OR ASSIST WITH THE FOLLOWING:

*Assist with physical counts during month end inventory

*Inventory management: FIFO

*Share in all inventory control by notifying Purchasing Department if something is needed

Prefer UPS or Fed Experience

Pay Rate range: $12-$13
