         REV (REVG) is a leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of specialty vehicles and related aftermarket parts and services. We serve a diversified customer base primarily in the United States through three segments: Fire & Emergency, Commercial and Recreation. We provide customized vehicle solutions for applications including: essential needs (ambulances, fire apparatus, school buses, mobility vans and municipal transit buses), industrial and commercial (terminal trucks, cut-away buses and street sweepers) and consumer leisure (recreational vehicles (“RVs”) and luxury buses).          Ferrara Fire Apparatus, Inc. (“Ferrara”), a leading custom fire apparatus and rescue vehicle manufacturer that engineers and manufactures vehicles for municipal and industrial customers. The Ferrara product portfolio includes multiple fire apparatus configurations tailored to the specific requirements and demands of the fire service industry – including custom-builds on their own chassis as well as solutions on commercially available chassis such as Freightliner and International. This acquisition enhances REV’s product offering in its Fire Group within its Fire &Emergency segment, particularly with custom chassis pumpers, aerials and industrial apparatus. 

         (PLUMBING/PIPING DESIGNER) As a designer at Ferrara you will be responsible for design of mechanical components and systems, working with and through Design Engineers to meet customer and sales product requirements.  Core designs consist of pump modules, plumbing assemblies, custom piping, and integration of new product into existing designs.  Extreme attention to detail, producing defect-free design packages within the specified schedule. Support production during vehicle build phase. Support Field Service organization when vehicle is in service.  The Designer at Ferrara is relied upon by other employees and customers for technical guidance and support.

         (AUTO BODY PAINTER) Auto body painters must communicate with clients, employers and other employees to plan and execute repair and painting jobs on a variety of vehicles, including large scale fire trucks. In preparation for a painting project, auto body painters remove rust and other debris from surfaces to be painted, fill cavities and dents in vehicles to create an even surface, mask or tape off details and components to avoid contamination and select the proper colors and substances for the project. The painting process itself involves using paint sprayers and brushes to apply paint to a vehicle, determining the necessary application of paint for a thorough coat and checking for runs or sags in the paint to ensure a quality product.

         (BUFFERS) Body shop buffers are responsible for ensuring (OEM) quality appearance on new, repaired and refinished panels after paint application by utilizing finishing abrasives, buffing equipment and compounds to refine panel finish texture. 

         (SHEETMETAL WORKER) Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal products and equipment, for large fire truck manufacturer. Work may involve any of the following: setting up and operating fabricating machines to cut, bend, and straighten sheet metal; shaping metal over anvils, blocks, or forms using hammer operating soldering and welding equipment to join sheet metal parts inspecting, assembling, and smoothing seams and joints of burred surfaces.

         (WELDERS) The ideal candidate for this position will have extensive experience in Mig welding and finish grinding. Tig welding experience a plus. Candidate should have knowledge welding and grinding a variety of thicknesses of sheet metal and Aluminium in a production setting. Someone who simply knows how to weld would not have the desired experience for this position. In addition to the above-mentioned technical skills, we are looking for someone who possesses the following characteristic traits: attention to detail, organized, fast paced, self starter and a fast learner.
