JOB DESCRIPTION:

Looking for individuals who are smart, innovative, positive attitude, and great team players to fit into our progressive company culture. Our Client is the leader in the single serve coffee packaging industry, always pushing the bar for new and innovative ways to brew and pack coffee. Due to our fast growth, we are seeking a Production Operator to join our team.   

Must have 2+ years experience in production manufacturing ( preferably not oil and gas or chemical)

• Food manufacturing experience is a plus
• Experience operating high-end packing lines and ability to troubleshoot is preferred
• Ability to repair and sometimes redesign our packaging equipment to improve efficiency, quality, and reliability.
• Supervisory experience is a plus (natural leader)
