We are a Cleaning Services company based in Wilmington, Delaware that is looking to hire a FULL TIME Building Management/Facilities Management to work (5) days per week, Monday thru Friday, 7am - 4pm, some emergency/OT hours may be required.

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000

Description

The purpose of this position is to lead multiple functions of building operations and maintenance for retail branch locations throughout the state of Delaware

**** Role:

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Attend client meetings. Coordinate, oversee and/or lead repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work.

Review work orders to ensure that assignments are completed.

Responsible for facilities inspections and reports. Obtain and review price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.

Manage capital projects. Prepare capital project and operating budget and variance reports.

Manage vendor relationships and train vendors on work order and billing procedures.

Responsible for invoice processing and accuracy of cost center coding.

*PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able To Lift 20+ pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk and squat.

Qualifications:

*Must Have Valid Driver’s License

*Company Vehicle and Gas Card Provided During Work Hours.

*2 Years Of Experience In The Field Is Required

*Organization Skills & Attention To Detail Are a Must

** Must Be Able To Travel To Various Locations In Delaware*

*Tools, Supplies and Equipment Provided To Execute Services
