We are a Commercial Cleaning Company based in Delaware that has multiple business locations that need floor cleaning in Long Island and surrounding areas. MUST HAVE A MINIMUM Of (2) YEARS OF FLOOR CARE EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities Included But Not Limited To:

*Stripping and Waxing Floors

*Buffing Floors

*Extracting and Bonneting Carpets.

Able to work alone or with a partner.

Days: Monday thru Friday – Must Be Able To Work EVERY DAY (Monday thru Friday).

Hours: Hours Will Vary (Mainly 2nd & 3rd Shift)

Will Be Responsible For Cleaning Multiple Locations Each Night In A Timely Fashion

NOTE: From Time To Time, You Will Be Asked To Provide Cleaning Services As Outlined Below:

*Sweeping

*Mopping

*Dusting of Windowsills, Vents, Etc.

*Wiping Down Surfaces

*Cleaning employee restroom and break-room

*Refilling Supplies (Toilet Paper/Paper Towels/Soap, etc)

*Vacuuming

*Take Out Trash

*PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able To Lift 20+ pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk, and/or Run. Must Be Comfortable Working On Feet For Entire Shift.

Job Compensation: $25-$26 PER hour

*Company Van Provided Along With Company Gas Card

Qualifications:

*Must Have Previous Floor Cleaning Experience

*Must Have Previous Supervisor Experience

*Attention To Detail - Strong Communication

*Must have a VALID Driver's License

NOTE: Must be authorized to work in the US. This is a full time employment opportunity.

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift

Experience:

• Flooring Care Cleaning Technicians: 2 years (Required)
