FULL TIME MAINTENANCE TECH ($24-$25 PER HOUR)

We are a Facility Services company based in Wilmington, Delaware that is looking to hire a FULL TIME Maintenance Technician to work (5) days per week, Monday thru Friday. The area of service is BALTIMORE, MD

NOTE:

*Evening and weekend work may be required for emergency work.

*A Valid Driver’s License Is Required

The Maintenance Tech position will require TRAVELING to various commercial sites that the cleaning company manages in the following area:

*Albany, NY and surrounding areas

The Standard Hours of Service Are 7:30am to 4:00pm, (5) days per week, Monday thru Friday.

The Service Duties Include But Not Limited To:

*Commercial Maintenance work

*Changing Door Locks

*Replacing Light Bulbs

*Changing Ballasts

*Minor Plumbing Work

*Minor Electrical Work

*Unclogging Toilets

*Hanging Numerous Items On Walls

*Minor Sheet Rock Repair

*Minor Glass Repair

*Assembling Office Furniture & Equipment

*Drywall Patching and Painting

*Minor Appliance Repair

*HVAC Work

*PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able To Lift 20+ pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk and squat.

Compensation: $24-$25.00 per hour

Qualifications:

*Must Have Valid Driver’s License

*2 Years Of Experience In The Maintenance Field Is Required

*Organization Skills & Attention To Detail Are a Must

*Must Be Able To Travel To Various Locations In BALTIMORE, MD

*Company Vehicle and Gas Card Provided During Work Hours.

*Tools, Supplies and Equipment Provided To Execute Services

NOTE: Must Be Authorized To Work In The US.
