Small "extra income - cleaning job"

We are a cleaning company that has a cleaning job in an apartment complex located in the Delaware market once a week, (Friday), for two hours while business is open.

NOTE: Cleaner Must Be Able To Work on day assigned (Friday)

***Duties and Responsibilities

Office cleaning, Restroom cleaning, Conference & Break rooms and common areas

General cleaning: Mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal of all areas. (Primary duties is restroom cleaning) Must have experience cleaning and disinfecting restroom.

*PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : Must Be Able To Lift 10+ pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist,, Walk. Must Be Comfortable Working On Feet For Entire Shift.

Location: Wilmington, DE

Flat Rate: $50 per cleaning

**ALL supplies provided and on-site

Qualifications:

**MUST have reliable transportation to location.

**Previous cleaning experience a PLUS.
