We are seeking an INSIDE SALES / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers via phone calls
• Look up parts and equipment and field phone calls from customers for assistance
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Work toward reaching agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

Preferred (but not required) ​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Previous experience with small engines and lawn and garden equipment
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Deadline and detail-oriented
