Administrative Asst. / Bookkeeper - Must be QuickBooks proficient

Duties include: General office duties, client invoicing, collections, maintain client invoice filing, office supply purchasing, light bookkeeping, respond to client billing questions, assist in payroll process and other bookkeeping related duties. Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm - English/Spanish
