About Elite leads Inc. is the leader of lead generation for home-improvement companies: such as Hurricane impact windows, Doors, Tile-Asphalt-Metal Roofs, and Solar. We are looking for top talent to join our team! Our networking, canvassing, telemarketing, and special events teams work together to provide growth to our clients.

Job Overview: You will play a critical role in assisting our HR department in evaluating new canvassers, field training, and coaching your team. You will be guiding and prioritizing canvassing efforts to optimize results. We need an experienced leader that will motivate, train, enable, and guide a team to consistent achievement in lead generation goals.

This is not an office position. All Managers will work in the field. Must have previous outside sales experience.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate lead-generating field representatives

Review and optimize team member activity

Monitor and report on performance and job satisfaction from each field representative

The Canvass Manager is expected to make regular turf visits and shadow new lead-generating Field Representatives, and thus, will be working outdoors.

Expected to work 30-35 hours per week.

Adhere and instruct all Field Representatives on all CDC health and safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in marketing, door-to-door, B2B, customer service, or other related fields

Experience in a managerial role

Strong project management skills

Strong leadership qualities

Deadline and detail-oriented

Must have experience managing lead generating staff.

Compensation: Hourly rate plus commissions, plus overrides.
