As a Corporate Travel Planner, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end travel arrangements for our esteemed corporate clients. Your main objective will be to ensure flawless travel experiences that align with our client's needs, budgets, and preferences. Your expertise in travel logistics and exceptional organizational skills will be instrumental in guaranteeing the smooth execution of business travel plans.

Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Engage in in-depth consultations with corporate clients to understand their travel requirements, objectives, and budgets. Develop personalized travel itineraries to meet their unique needs.
• Itinerary Planning: Collaborate with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other service providers to create comprehensive travel itineraries that optimize efficiency and comfort for business travelers.
• Cost Management: Employ cost-effective solutions while delivering a high level of service. Negotiate corporate rates and discounts with vendors to provide excellent value to our clients.
• Travel Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies, regulations, and guidelines to promote responsible and accountable travel practices.
• 24/7 Support: Offer round-the-clock assistance to travelers during their trips, resolving any travel-related issues that may arise.
