    Are you a Florida Attorney who wants to work 100% over Zoom from the comfort of your own home as a full-time Estate & Trusts Associate Attorney in a fast-growing, boutique, law firm based in Ohio & Florida? You will be tasked to support my team and I on our mission so we can save more families throughout Ohio & Florida by creating estate plans that actually work when are clients families need them most! COMPENSATION: $80,000 – $100,000 based on experience (plus health, dental, vision) Responsibilities: Prepare Prospective Client folders for Lead Attorney to help Lead Attorney Prepare for Consultations • Do legal research as requested by the Lead Attorney THINGS YOU WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO DO IN THIS ROLE: • No Client acquisition or annual billing requirements (we’ll get the clients, all you need to do is help us service them) Qualifications: ​YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU’RE ONLY LICENSED IN FLORIDA vs. IF YOU’RE LICENSED IN FLORIDA – AND – OHIO ALREADY : • We prefer that you have at least 1-2 years of estate planning experience, including, but not limited to, creating revocable living trusts, wills, financial power of attorney, healthcare power of attorney, and advanced directives, deeds, operating agreements, stock certificates, but it is not required as we are willing to teach you (as long as you’re willing to learn). SKILLS YOU'LL NEED FOR THIS ROLE: • You must be willing to be a team player and help where you’re needed. Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly

    • Prepare Prospective Client folders for Lead Attorney to help Lead Attorney Prepare for Consultations • When prepping prospective client folders, you will provide a summary of your legal analysis of what types of planning strategies the client might need/want for the Lead Attorney to more effectively prepare for consultations. • Once the prospective client becomes a client, then you will be the main attorney-contact to answer any and all legal questions from the Client during their representation. • Once the prospective client becomes a client, then you will need to review the Lead Attorney’s estate design notes and be fully aware of what the Client wants to have happen with their plan since you are now their main attorney contact and you’ll need to know their file and goals should they call you with questions.  • Draft All Estate Planning Documents based on client-provided data and Lead Attorney’s estate design notes • Proofread All Estate Planning Documents you create for the Client. • Proofread – again – All Estate Planning Documents you create for the Client to make sure all is correct before having the Lead Attorney do the final review. • Meet with Clients to Review and Explain their estate planning documents to ensure they know what they are signing AND provide funding instructions based on your legal analysis for each of their assets to help the client accomplish their goals. • Answer any of the Client’s funding questions that the funding coordinator can not answer. • Do legal research as requested by the Lead AttorneyTHINGS YOU WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO DO IN THIS ROLE: • Litigation (no more fighting… this is the “happy side” of law) • No Client acquisition or annual billing requirements (we’ll get the clients, all you need to do is help us service them)
