ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Create and process customer orders, supplier purchase orders and invoices, including receiving, quoting, confirming, expediting and order follow up.

·        Receive and place phone calls to customers and suppliers.

·        Troubleshoot and answer questions in response to customers and suppliers.

·        Increase knowledge of the product commodities offered by EM Services.

·        Understand and follow all policies and procedure.

·        Drive customer relations and communicate to EM Services staff any issues or concerns.

·        Work independently and within a team environment.

·        All other duties assigned.
