Job Description
Position Summary:
We're seeking a motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team part-time. This role is pivotal in expanding our reach, acquiring new clients, and ensuring the delivery of onsite CPR/AED classes to diverse businesses and organizations.
Note: This is a base salary + commission - 1099 position - we do offer medical and life insurance benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue and gross profit targets.
2. Identify, approach, and acquire new business accounts.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
4. Provide monthly reporting on sales performance against planned targets.
5. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
6. Pursue opportunities to upsell additional services and safety products.
7. Stay updated with the latest CPR/AED standards to provide knowledgeable insight to prospective clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in the health or training sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Ability to self-start, prioritize, and work autonomously.
- Capable of working flexible hours as needed to accommodate potential client schedules.
- Knowledge of CPR/AED training is a plus but not mandatory.
