We have immediate openings for Residents/ Pre-Licensed Therapists:
Guaranteed pay for the initial 4 weeks as you ramp your caseload

Who we are looking for: The perfect candidate!

Responsibilities and Duties
Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing clinical documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and clinical case notes according to company policy
Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week with monthly bonuses for meeting the minimum expectations
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
All the other stuff we probably forgot to add but just as meaningful and important to your role ;)
Required Qualifications and Skills
Candidates are required to have at least a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
Required to be Board registered as a mental health professional in the state of Virginia.
Experience with completing psychosocial assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes
Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
If planning to engage in tele-health from home, having a home office that is professional, private, and HIPAA-compliant
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Experience providing EMDR therapy to Clients
Prefer experience with children, adolescents, and teens
Preferred experience with couples and families
Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing
