    Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic assessments and establish appropriate diagnoses

    Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans

    Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy services as appropriate

    Complete clinical documentation, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required records in accordance with company policy and professional standards

    Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with licensing board requirements

    Coordinate care with families, schools, medical providers, case managers, and other treatment team members as appropriate

    Utilize evidence-based and creative interventions to support client growth and achievement of treatment goals

    Participate in clinical staff meetings, trainings, consultations, and other required activities

    Provide exceptional customer service and contribute positively to the clinic culture

    Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client sessions per week for full-time status

    Assist in community outreach and relationship-building efforts when appropriate

    Perform other duties that support our mission, clients, and team (and probably a few meaningful things we forgot to list!)

    Required Qualifications and Skills Virginia licensure or license-eligible status in a behavioral health discipline (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Resident in Counseling, Supervisee in Social Work, Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy, etc.)

    Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other clinical documentation

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to establish, maintain, and model healthy professional boundaries with clients

    Ability to complete documentation and administrative requirements accurately and in a timely manner

    Comfortable working with diverse populations and presenting concerns

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience preferred)

    Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment

    Commitment to ethical practice, professional growth, and ongoing learning

    Preferred Qualifications

    Fully licensed OR Pre-Licensed clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Clinical Psychologist, etc.)

    Credentialed with major insurance panels or willing to become credentialed

    Experience working in an outpatient mental health setting

    Experience providing services across a variety of ages and clinical presentations

    Specialized training or certifications in evidence-based treatment modalities
