Mission: Founded in 2020, EMDR Transformations Counseling (ETC) brings together a team of exceptional therapists who are committed to lifelong learning, personal growth, and professional development. Within our inviting and secure setting, we provide therapeutic experiences that offer lasting and transformative healing. Specializing in the treatment of trauma, we have a special focus on healing the first responder communities, as well as all individuals and couples who seek to heal from painful or distressing life experiences. We further seek to redefine the concept of mental health, thereby reducing the stigma associated with it. In line with our commitment to the first responder communities, each of our clinicians gives back to charities that support those who serve to protect us. Must have a current LAC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT, LMSW, or LCSW, and have EMDRIA approved EMDR Basic Training. If this sounds like a rewarding opportunity, please apply now! Responsibilities: • Provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and/or families. • Work with patients to develop individualized treatment plans with goals and objectives. • Refer patients and family members to community resources or to specialists as needed. Qualifications: • State licensure that is current, unrestricted, and in good standing for a licensed professional counselor (LPC) or equivalent. • Master's degree in professional counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy. • EMDRIA approved EMDR Basic Training • Holds additional training or certification in trauma-informed modalities, preferred. • Ability and desire to work with children and adolescent clients, and/or couples, preferred. Our ideal candidate will possess the following: • A passion for treating clients who have experienced trauma and those who seek to heal from painful or distressing life experiences. • An interest in supporting the first responder communities and a willingness to give back to those who serve. • Is highly motivated with a desire for lifelong learning, personal growth, and professional development. • Must enjoy working as part of a collaborative team of clinicians who empower each other, and has an interest in participating in team activities. Compensation: $60 - $97 per hour
