    GENERAL PURPOSE: The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Executive Team at Empower. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Complete a broad variety ofadministrative tasks that facilitate the Executive Team’s ability toeffectively lead the organization.
    • Includingbut not limited to assisting with special projects, scheduling meetings,drafting agendas, monitoring meeting minutes, developing, and distributingpresentation materials, collecting materials and preparing for meetings and events,making travel arrangements, and completing expense reports.
    • Manage all aspects of officeservices and support: oOversees calendar management andtelephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution.
    • Maintainoffice supplies & inventory such as drinks, snacks, paper supplies, etc.
    • Lunchexecution and delivery/pick up as needed.
    • Provide hospitality to allguests and help create a welcoming environment.
    • Successfully completes multipleduties and projects while managing competing demands.
    • Assist with aspects of EmpowerFleet Management.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 5-8 years of work-related experience.
    • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and ability to multi-task and complete a high volume of tasks with little supervision.
    • Excellent time management, communication/interpersonal skills, problem solving and decision-making skills as well as high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
    • Experience in business administration, office procedures, complex executive correspondence, and meeting coordination.
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while also interacting in a team environment.
    • Ability to reason through problems, make effective decisions, and develop alternative solutions.
