    EMPWR is seeking Appointment Setters to join our team. This position requires an individual who is self-motivated to create a better future for themselves, the environment, and the customer. As an Appointment Setter, you will cover local areas, meet with homeowners to help them determine if their home is a fit for solar, and schedule appointments for energy advisors to discuss the details. This is perfect for individuals looking for a growing company in which they can grow, learn, and earn a great income. This position is crucial as it is the first impression that a future customer of EMPWR will have.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Qualifying homes and homeowners for solar energy

    · Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions

    · Setting appointments for energy advisors

    · Initiating a genuine conversation

    · Making a future friend, and customer

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    · Great attitude

    · Fantastic work ethic

    · Coachable and self-motivated

    · Ability to be organized

    · Friendly/outgoing personality

    · Reliable transportation (required)

    · Smartphone (required)

    COMPENSATION: PAID WEEKLY

    · Our average representatives earn $30-$40 per hour and we provide mileage reimbursement

    · $16 / hour

    · $500 commission for each new solar customer

    BONUS PAY

    · 3 - appointments set per week + $150 extra

    · 6 - appointments set per week + $300 extra

    · 9 - appointments set per week + $600 extra

    · 9 - appointments set per week + $900 extra

    · Several other bonus opportunities are available

    25-35 HOURS EXPECTED WEEKLY.

    Job Types: Full-time

    Pay: $16.00 - $50.00 per hour

    Average Income $45,000 - $60,000

    Top Producers $70,000 - $90,000
