CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - 1PM-10PM SHIFTS AVAILABLE - WORK FROM HOME AFTER TRAINING (OMAHA, NE)!

$1,000 PROGRESSIVE SIGN ON BONUS!
Representatives hired for this program can earn up to a $1,000 sign on bonus. Payments are made in one-time installments on the paycheck after completing the following:
THE POSITION:
We are looking for Customer Service agents to join a fast-paced and energetic customer service team. Must be able to answer inbound customer calls, email, and chat inquiries in a timely and productive manner. Must be able to maintain a strong relationship and communication between EMS and client on account procedures and managing priorities_._
OPPORTUNITIES TO WORK FROM HOME AFTER THE SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF TRAINING. CDC GUIDELINES FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING AND DISINFECTING ARE FOLLOWED IN OFFICE.
1PM-10PM SHIFTS AVAILABLE. AVAILABILITY FOR ONE WEEKEND DAY PREFERRED.
